To listen to environmentalists, it is our policies that are
causing the majority of pollution, and not signing Kyoto has
caused the recent flooding in Europe.

The United States is number one in cleaning and preventing
environmental problems. This is because of our major businesses
with advanced technologies and the wealth to implement these
technologies. Kyoto would reduce and prevent further
industrialization in the U. S. and let third world countries
industrialize with lesser technologies causing more pollution.
Isn't this contradictory to what Kyoto is about?
Fox News
Bush's plan does not penalize Americans, keeping jobs in the
U. S. and rewarding companies that reduce emissions, but
Dems and global environmentalist disagree. Maybe Kyoto's
purpose is not to be an environmental solution.
